I’m very pleased to report that my story The Singing Tree is now live at Urban Fantasy Magazine. The story is about a fractured family and how it heals itself during a road trip, through the discovery of a magical singing tree. Look at the cover – isn’t it beautiful? I love trees, and I love being in the woods, and this image captures perfectly for me the enchantment of a deep, dark forest. Anything might happen here.

This story was one of my ‘cold’ submissions – no beta readers, no critiques – which is quite different from how I usually do things. But somehow I was always sure of this one – the core of it – from the beginning. I hope you enjoy reading it.
